Can I check in before 3pm?
Early check-in is arranged subject to availability. Contact reception and we'll have it ready so you can come in earlier.
What about checking out later than noon?
Late check-out is handled directly with reception. Write to us and we'll see how to fit it in depending on the day's occupancy.
I leave very early. Do I miss breakfast?
No. Tell reception and we'll prepare a breakfast box to go, ready when you leave.
Can friends visit me during my stay?
You can receive visitors in the hotel's common areas. Out of respect for all guests, visits are not allowed inside the suites.
How do I confirm a twin suite, separate double or an activity?
Twin or separate double suites, groups, events and retreats, special rates and activities are always confirmed with reception, to make sure everything fits your booking.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. We pick you up from any city or airport in Morocco; the fare depends on the route. See the details on the Getting here page, or ask when you book.
