Baberrih's restaurant is born in its own garden: a vegetable patch and a coop that provide the vegetables, eggs, and herbs for each service. The coast brings the rest — daily catch from Essaouira and seasonal produce from the region's markets.
The menu blends souiri tradition — harira, tagines, tanjia, pastilla — with a seafood cuisine open to the world: ceviches, risottos, and grilled dishes. A table open to guests and external visitors, with breakfast from the garden included in your room.
