Baberrih's restaurant is born in its own garden: an orchard and farmyard that provide the vegetables, eggs and herbs for every service. The coast brings the rest — Essaouira's catch of the day and seasonal produce from the region's markets.
The menu crosses Souiri tradition — harira, tagines, tanjia, pastilla — with sea cooking open to the world: ceviches, risottos and the grill. The table is open to guests and outside visitors, with the garden breakfast included in your room.
