2. Data we process

Identification and contact details (name, email, phone), booking and stay data, payment data securely processed by the CMI gateway (we do not store your full card details) and browsing data collected through cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Managing your booking and stay — performance of the contract.
• Handling enquiries and requests — legitimate interest or consent.
• Meeting legal, tax and guest-registration obligations — legal obligation.
• Sending you marketing communications, where you opt in — consent.

4. Recipients

We share data only with the providers needed to deliver the service: the property management system (CloudBeds), the payment gateway (CMI) and email providers. We never sell your data to third parties.

5. Retention

We keep your data for the duration of our relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law. Once those periods expire, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you live in the European Union, you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Morocco, with the CNDP.
