2. Bookings and pricing

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed once payment is received through the secure CMI gateway and the confirmation email has been sent.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely through CMI. We do not store your full card details.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. Later cancellations or no-shows may incur charges depending on the rate booked. To change a booking, please contact reception.

5. Your stay

Check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 12:00. Reception is open 24h (FR · EN · AR · ES). Children are welcome; a cot is available on request.

6. Liability

The hotel is not liable for valuables not deposited in the safe, nor for incidents arising from improper use of the facilities.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, images and trademarks on this site belong to Riad Baberrih or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

8. Governing law

These conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Essaouira, without prejudice to the consumer rights granted to guests residing in the EU.
